Depending on the situation, environment and requirements of your company, you decide which service level you would like to arrange with us for the purchased product. We offer you the highest level of service with the following versions: Standard warranty, ADDExtended and ADDInclusive (Please note our terms and conditions)

  • Telephone service hotline and e-mail support in German and English
    The specialists from Advantech-DLoG are available to you directly by telephone or e-mail and handle your questions with the highest level of priority.
  • Reconfigured and immediately ready for use after repair
    If Advantech-DLoG is familiar with the image staged on the hardware, we can reconfigure your system after repair. The device is returned to you completely ready for use.
  • Repair with short lead times
    We, the manufacturer, know the systems down to the last detail and make sure all defects are eliminated quickly with a maximum of 5 or 10 work days of lead time for your repair (depending on the agreed service level).
  • Shipping costs
    We bear the expense for all shipping costs for returns within the EU.
